Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") and End User License Agreement carefully before using the Scanrow mobile application ("App").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Scanrow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Scanrow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal or commercial document management on any compatible mobile device that you own or control.
3. Subscriptions & Billing Terms
Scanrow offers free access with optional paid plans ("Pro Tier"):

(Prices may vary by country or currency based on store exchange rates and local taxes).
A. Free Tier Quota
- Free users can export or copy up to 3 scans per month. Exporting the same scan again in that month is not counted again.
- Unused monthly exports do not roll over to subsequent months.
- Free PDF imports are limited to 20 pages at a time.
- Unlimited exports, PDF imports of up to 100 pages at a time, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese and Korean recognition, sort, filter and table templates require Pro.
- If a subscription includes a free trial, the trial length and the price after it are shown before you confirm. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
B. Auto-Renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account or Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription rate.
C. Cancellation & Management
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
- Android: Open Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Scanrow → Cancel Subscription.
- iOS: Open Settings → Tap your Name/Apple ID → Subscriptions → Scanrow → Cancel Subscription.
- If you cancel, your Pro features remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
D. Refunds
- Subscription billing is handled directly by Google Play and Apple App Store. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play or Apple in accordance with their respective refund policies.
4. OCR & Conversion Accuracy Disclaimer
- Scanrow uses advanced on-device computer vision and spatial clustering algorithms to extract printed tabular data.
- However, document quality, crumpled paper, lighting variations, camera blur, skewed angles, and non-standard fonts can affect recognition accuracy.
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the extracted spreadsheet data inside the App's Grid Editor prior to using the exported file for financial, tax, legal, medical, or accounting purposes.
- THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software code, UI design, trademarks, and logos, are and will remain the exclusive property of Scanrow and its licensors. You retain all ownership rights to the documents, tables, and files that you scan and export using the App.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SCANROW BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
7. Apple App Store Minimum Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Scanrow only, and not with Apple Inc.
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if applicable); to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
