Rasidly Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

App: Rasidly (com.rasidly.app)
Developer contact: androidpyus@gmail.com

In short: Rasidly is a record-keeping tool. Your data stays on your phone and is your responsibility to back up. Pro is a Google Play subscription you can cancel at any time. Rasidly does not give tax advice.

These terms apply to your use of the Rasidly app for Android ("Rasidly", "the app"). "We" and "us" mean the developer of Rasidly. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Rasidly does

Rasidly helps you keep records of receipts, bills, warranties, documents, budgets, reimbursements and business trips, and creates reports and exports from them. It works on your device and does not require an account.

2. Not tax, legal or financial advice

Rasidly does not file tax returns and does not give tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Tax rates, deductible shares, GST input tax credit figures, mileage rates and estimated savings in the app are aids to record-keeping and may not fit your situation. Check figures and reports before you rely on them, and consult a qualified professional for advice.

3. Text recognition and your entries

The app reads receipts automatically, and this can make mistakes, for example in amounts, dates, taxes or GSTINs. You are responsible for checking and correcting what is saved. Reminders depend on your phone's settings, such as notification permissions and battery optimisation, and may not always arrive; do not rely on them as your only record of a deadline.

4. Your data and backups

Your records are stored only on your device. We do not hold a copy and cannot recover them. If you lose or reset your phone, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app, your records are lost unless you have made a backup. Backups are encrypted with a password you choose; we cannot recover a forgotten password. How the app handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Rasidly Pro subscriptions

6. Acceptable use

Use Rasidly only for lawful purposes and only for your own or your business's records. Do not use it to create false receipts, claims or tax records, and do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app except where the law allows it.

7. Other apps and services

Some actions open other apps or websites, for example sharing an export, emailing a warranty claim or searching for a service centre. Those apps and websites are not run by us and their own terms apply. Text recognition is provided by Google ML Kit and payments by Google Play, under Google's terms.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, always available or suitable for a particular purpose, including meeting the requirements of a tax authority.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost profits, missed deadlines, tax penalties or interest arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Rasidly Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending use

You can stop using Rasidly at any time by uninstalling it; cancel any subscription separately in Google Play. We may stop offering the app or any feature. If we do, records already on your device stay there.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
