In short: Rasidly works without an account and keeps your receipts, bills and documents on your phone. We do not run servers that receive your data, we do not show ads and we do not sell or share your information.

This policy explains how the Rasidly app for Android ("Rasidly", "the app") handles information. "We" and "us" mean the developer of Rasidly.

1. Information you keep in the app

To do its job, the app stores the information you add to it:

• photos and PDF files of receipts, invoices, warranties and documents (for example insurance policies, a driving licence or a passport);
• the details read from them or typed by you: shop or supplier, dates, amounts, taxes, GSTINs, categories, notes and client names;
• bills, warranties, document expiry dates, budgets, reimbursement status and business trips;
• details you enter in Settings, such as your name, business name, GSTIN, currency and tax rate.

All of this is stored only on your device, inside the app's private storage. We never receive it. Android's automatic cloud backup is turned off for Rasidly, so this data is not copied to your Google account by the app.

2. Reading receipts (text recognition)

Rasidly reads text from photos on your device using Google ML Kit. The images and the text read from them are processed on the device and are not sent to Google or to us. ML Kit does send Google technical metrics about how the text recognition feature performs and is used, which Google uses to maintain and improve it and to detect misuse. 3. Permissions

• Camera: to photograph receipts and documents. Photos are taken only when you press the shutter.
• Photos and files: only the images and PDFs you choose or share into the app are read.
• Notifications: for reminders about bills, warranties, return deadlines, document expiry and budgets. Reminders are scheduled on your device.
• Fingerprint or face unlock: optional app lock. Android checks your fingerprint or face; the app only learns whether the check succeeded and never receives biometric data.
• Run at startup: so scheduled reminders survive a restart of your phone.

4. Subscriptions

Rasidly Pro is sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment; we do not receive your card or payment details. The app receives only whether a subscription is active. See Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service.

5. When information leaves your phone

Information leaves your device only when you choose to send it:

• Exports and sharing: PDF reports, CSV files, claim forms and photo archives are created on your device and go only to the app or person you pick in the share menu.
• Backups: a backup is a single file encrypted with a password you choose (AES-256-GCM). You decide where to keep it. We cannot read it or recover a forgotten password.
• Warranty claims: on a warranty you can call the brand, start an email with your proof of purchase, or search the web for a service centre. These open your phone, email or browser app with the details filled in; nothing is sent until you send it there. That app or website's own privacy policy then applies.

Apart from the ML Kit metrics described in section 2, the app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not sell, rent or share your information.

6. Keeping and deleting your information

Your information stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete individual receipts, bills, warranties and documents in the app. Uninstalling Rasidly, or clearing its storage in Android Settings, removes everything the app stored. Backup files you saved elsewhere remain until you delete them.

7. Security

Data is kept in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read. You can add a fingerprint or face lock, and backups are encrypted. As with any device, keep your phone protected with a screen lock.

8. Children

Rasidly is meant for adults managing their own expenses and is not directed at children under 13.

9. Not tax advice

Rasidly helps you keep records. It does not file tax returns or give tax, legal or financial advice.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the app's release notes.
