Delete your Hokayantra data

Hokayantra has no accounts and no servers. Everything you enter in the app is stored only on your phone, so in most cases you can delete it yourself, straight away. The steps below cover every kind of data the app handles.

1. Delete the data stored in the app

This covers your MoneyFlow finances, FocusFlow tasks, habits and journal, workouts, timers, settings and your birth year.

• Delete individual items inside the app, for example a transaction, task or workout.
• Delete everything at once: open your phone's Settings → Apps → Hokayantra → Storage → Clear storage (on some phones, Clear data).
• Or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes all of its data from your phone.

This data is deleted immediately and permanently. Nothing is kept anywhere else, so make a backup first if you want to keep it.

2. Delete or limit advertising data

The app shows ads from Google AdMob. Google, not us, holds the advertising data it collects: your advertising ID, IP address, ad interactions and diagnostics.

• Stop personalised ads: in the app, open Settings → Ad privacy settings (shown where the law requires it) and change your choice.
• Delete your advertising ID: on your phone, open Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
• Manage ads linked to your Google account at myadcenter.google.com.

Google keeps advertising data according to its own retention policy.

3. Ask us to delete data

If you've emailed us, or you want help with any of the steps above, email androidpyus@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data".

• We will reply within 30 days.
• We delete your emails and any personal information in them. Otherwise, emails are kept for at most 12 months.
• We can't delete data on your phone for you, because we never receive it. Follow step 1 instead.
